Building and architectural surveys - Striking the right balance

Surveying buildings has been one of our core activities for many years, a process that is at the same time subject to constant change. This is because the expectations and requirements of our customers are as diverse as building are.

With the large number of references to its credit, GEO-METRIK demonstrates again and again that it can meet the highest standards. We achieve this by evaluating, documenting and utilising digital data for projects, building calculations and facility management systems seamlessly, with the utmost accuracy and on schedule.

The tool of choice for this process is a 3D laser scan with which we survey buildings or parts of buildings contactlessly and with great precision. From the data obtained in this way, we derive vertical sections, elevations, horizontal sections and 3D models (BIM). This information on area sizes is crucial and plays a key role in the legal certainty of purchase and lease agreements, especially on completion of a construction project.

Precise digital measurement methods on site and the connection of technical data are therefore standard practice for us and are a must especially for deformation-compliant measurements for the preservation of historical monuments. We can meet these requirements.
